I love it it works great. You can set the interval for a day and I would say that I don’t need more. Test it it is worth a download. Sadly the preview of how it looks exactly is behind that paywall (I think), but I like to take that as a challenge.

Super easy to use. Anyone who says they want a tutorial should take a long look in the mirror. All the buttons say what to do. Please learn to read! The quality is incredible and the editing is awesome. Love editing in CapCut or instagram edits with some music (also easy to add or montage clips from one 50 reel to a 200)

Great quality- really love the feature where you can only use one every day- feels retro and makes you appreciate it more.
Pretty cool but…
Definitely needs a tutorial. Took me forever to realize that I needed to slide to lock the film door to get to the record button. And still not sure how to end a cartridge early, so I just recorded for over 3 minutes. There’s probably a way, but the point is, an initial tutorial would go a long way!

This is so authentic
I love the film grain and highlight bloom effect, so pleasing and nostalgic. One suggestion would be to add an audio capture feature, I know it’s not authentic but would be nice for creating memories. But yeah this is incredible and brings all the best parts of analog shooting

As someone who shoots super 8 and 16mm heaps I’m normally very hesitant of these apps. But wow Aaron you’ve done really well! This app is really fun for quick simple videos. I’ve always wanted to record super 8 moments on the go and now I can! Obviously it’s not as good as the real deal but man for what it is!! So good!

The creator of Aaron8mm understands how to translate analog to digital beautifully. The thoughtful settings and cartridge development process makes this app an experience, and the results are legit always beautiful. Aaron8mm is about authenticity and nostalgia. Def not for the “slap a filter on it and call it artsy” folks.
The footage has a really beautiful colors and textures - I’m a fan of b&w, too. Once you tweak your settings (or don’t) you can focus on what you’re filming. This is by far the best analog-style camera app I’ve used. I’m obsessed… and the upgrade was way worth it.
