Unberechtigte Abbuchung
obwohl ich mein Abonnement bei Ihnen vorzeitig und fristgerecht gekündigt habe, wurde mir heute dennoch ein Betrag von 59,95 € von meinem Konto abgebucht.
Zusätzlich ist es so, dass mir in der App aktuell wieder „Abonnieren“ angezeigt wird, was für mich eindeutig darauf hindeutet, dass kein aktives Abonnement mehr besteht. Genau aus diesem Grund ist diese Abbuchung für mich nicht nachvollziehbar und aus meiner Sicht ungerechtfertigt.
Ich bitte Sie daher, den heute abgebuchten Betrag in Höhe von 59,95 € umgehend zurückzuerstatten und mir eine kurze Bestätigung darüber zu senden.
