App not working
2 days now app for ABC taxi not working and I don’t want to call because I get anxious on the phone and am autistic and adhd so I struggle to understand people on the phone. When I can book a taxi they are late or change drivers last minute. I understand you are busy and traffic is a nightmare in Aylesbury but at least fix the app. Thank you

Booked a cab around an hour before I needed it. Came 5 minutes early and got me to my destination outside Aylesbury before schedule which was great.

Scammed of more money
Booked through the app for a price and then once at destination driver demanded more money in cash and was extremely rude

I ordered a cab from Luton Airport to Aylesbury. The cab turned up 50 minutes late despite me booking the day before. I had to speak with the driver to chase and he said that traffic was bad on the M1. So what does he do to go back? Rather than picking a different route he goes back via the M1. Over 2 hours later we arrive in Aylesbury. I will never use them again.

App doesn’t work
Tried to book a taxi but doesn’t let you book as it stops when you get to the car you want to book. Also won’t let you recover your password as comes up with errors.
Rubbish
I go through the entire booking process only to be told when pressing book that there’s been an error occurred, over and over again!
Broken
App has completely broken for me so can’t book a taxi, tried deleting and reinstalling, says a network connection issue or something
Only as good as your worst experience
Booked a cab at 4:15pm for collection at 5:15. booking confirmed instantly as done via the app - so far so good. Arrived at station and no cab tried tracking cab with nothing showing on the app. chose to wait 5, then 10 ...15minutes later I called the depot to check on progress/location of cab and was told it was ‘literally 3 minutes away’...10mins later told its arrived. Had to convince them i had been standing there, it hadn’t and was very much still waiting. 5 minutes later called to cancel and was told he was ‘seconds away’...I cancelled anyway as this was now a joke. He drove up a couple of minutes later and literally shouted from his seat that I should ‘jump in now’. After I had a good hearty laugh I explained to him I had cancelled the booking via his depot and the app about 10minutes ago now, and that I had booked with Falcon cabs instead. He mumbled something about waiting another 30minutes as he sped off. Needless to say he didn’t do ABC image any favours as about 10-12 train passengers waiting about happened to hear him go off as well. Falcon arrived just after he sped off!
