Overall great stays
Always good stays but noticed last stay in Bournemouth that breakfast was not as good and not as much choice as previously. Not sure if we will go for breakfast again but go out in future which is a shame.
No humans
I always book with premier inn when I go away. My main bug bear is you can’t speak to a human via phone. I Want to ask a simple question, but you’re put through to a robot. When you do phone, no one answers.

No more past bookings
Your App used to show past booking which was so helpful especially when booking at Heathrow. Sad to see it’s gone. Any chance of reinstating it. Thanks
iCloud keychain not supported
Still (been like this for a long time) does not seem to work with iCloud keychain, thus easier to use via Safari :-(
