Frustrating experience
I’ve tried repeatedly to check in. All I get is “Something has gone wrong. Please try later.” Then when it finally accepts my details it produces a response with no QR code for the kiosk. A complete waste of an hour.
Room for improvement
Works fine to make a booking. But check in always gives a something went wrong error.
Additional Preferences
If only the app would allow you to choose a quiet room or ground floor etc it would help

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Größe der Zimmer, Freundlichkeit des Personals, unübertroffen für ein Budget Hotel. Wir wohnen in Nürnberg immer am Nordostbahnhof, die Lage an der U-Bahn ist einfach nur perfekt. Nicht zu vergessen die happy Hour. Hier kann man einen hervorragenden Gintonic trinken.

Decent service even when things go wrong

Great rate indicated but when I cane to book no such rate was offered. Chatbot couldn’t cope. No one phoned me back. 🫤

Good experience with lots of different room options.
Sleep and meet good 4*… eat not great 1*… horrible.
Arrived in the middle of the “heatwave” for a wedding occasion to stay for 1 night… relied upon the Premier Inn Hotels experience and truly was NOT disappointed... ( 2 fans waiting… that did their job. Air conditioning not available but that’s the story throughout the vast majority of the hotel industry.
However the breakfast experience was “poor” ( that is a polite comment). Poorly maintained breakfast room with badly worn and “patched” bench seating furniture, sticky old, Old OLD carpets and furniture , sticky table … I could easily continue. Thereafter a continental breakfast x2 without croissants and pastries ( had asked for but was dismissed with the answer “ it’ll take 10 to 15 minutes to prepare” what ? why? … surely it was a bag to open and tip into the empty basket… orange juice
not correctly mixed… way too concentrated ( had anyone tried this before service ?!? )and then the coffee machine… well 2 coffees later, sounded like the machine went through its paces but in reality served up a milky, insipid peculiar unrelated to coffee “mix” ( the coffee bean hopper was 2/3 filled). At this point and now c. £20 later we called time and left… not a great experience and suggest that PREMIER INN HOTELS are in the right business for “Sleep and Meet” … but not great with the “Eat” bit of the hospitality offer… over to you Premier Inn Hotels…

Lousy Software
I have the Apps on both my IPad and IPhone. It is not possible to checkin on either. Having eventually added the adult details in neither case can it be saved or a check in completed using the continue button. It would be nice to also add a car registration and housekeeping requests.
