Many times receive error whenever i needed its happed service temporarily unavailable, common finca team its a bank error should not come on daily basis. Our money is not safe we can’t trust if you didn’t improve your app
Worst app ever
I get logged out every time i update the app and then its unable to login. It gets even worse if you out of country and not have access to your sim card. Worst engineering ever.

Everything time i try to re-open my account it will say account blocked contact bla bla bla.what is this user and password for if we have to call helpline to sign-in to our account better to remove user and pin options from this app.The only reason that i stop using this app.

App instantly crashes with latest updates
Hi, I’ve noticed that as soon as I updated the app on my iPhone 7, it crashes instantly. Tried many times but unable to open. I’m using iOS 12.
Also tried on Android versions as well, crashing there too. Please fix ASAP, we are stuck, can’t send funds.

I really enjoyed this app. Might say it has to be one of the best apps being offered across Pakistan. The marketing team did well to market among the target audience. There are few issues that I’d like to highlight
- the security features are very low. In case if someone has logged into the application he can perform all transactions. There needs to be a check on some amount / number of transactions linked with amount where a certain code is sent to the linked email ID or the mobile number to proceed further with the transaction. The security is too low that if someone has managed to login he can perform any transaction he want to. Due to this security threat I am not comfortable in maintaining high amount in my SimSim account.
- there are few bank names which aren’t still coming in IBFT list. I have wrote earlier as well to add the remaining banks for smooth transaction but nothing was updated.
Guys, I am writing because I like the idea of this app and want it to be successful but to make it more trustworthy you need to introduce security features to the app and improve your customer service to earn more trust.

Needs an Update!!
This app used to work perfectly in past, change my devise and upon entering PIN code it crashes.
App not working
After opening the app it displays the splash screen and stays there stuck.
Not cool at all.
The app is slow and not well designed. But I am happy that they are trying to bring something this important to Pakistan. I have used Paypal and I expected SIMSIM to be something like that but at this stage, it is way behind.
