Takt is a collaboration tool to help manage a project, portfolio, or team at AB InBev. Quickly capture and view tasks, priorities, or status of projects or a portfolio of projects. Get updates on the key items for your project or your team’s project.
Key Features:
Flow – a phase-by-phase group of steps to complete the project. Tasks can be viewed in a Kanban display to check progress on an overall phase or sprint.
Canvas – a visual tool encompassing a project’s charter. This tool shares in a single view a visual path of the problem, objective, benefits, requirements, and constraints of a project.
Results – a location for all financial details of the project to be forecasted and updated throughout the project
Files – view all tollgate files, data files, and benefits support for a project
