This application is very bad, they took $132 dollars without my consent and they said 'no refund policy'. PLEASE DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS APP. Absolutely horrible.

I’d give zero stars if I could. It’s all fake and then when you cancel before the trial date they don’t send confirmation and they still charge you. Then when you try to contact someone there’s no number, they make you use their glitchy chat bot just to scam you out of your money. Then when you try to dispute, THEN they cancel your subscription and say no refunds. DO NOT PURCHASE

B…dy scammers. On the first, they stated that the week's trial coats were 0.50 euros. I approved that payment. On the next one, I clicked on Skip to add anything else, and suddenly, they charged me again, but with 27 euros.

It’s a total scam charged me next week subscription although I canceled during my trial period. Don’t have any customer care number or anything like that. Just a chatbot which doesn’t help at all. Apple please remove this app from app store.

DO NOT TRUST THIS APP. It will charge you 0.50 for a free trial, then it will pull £23 out of your bank. Asked for a refund and they said it wouldn’t be granted as I decided to skip the trial which I DID NOT. Absolutely furious, DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT TRUST THIS APP.

This app is a scam. They will steal your money. They charged me more than £60, I agreed to pay 50pence but the scammed me. I reported them to the bank.

Like everyone says, this app is a scam. Literally whatever people have written has happened to me. Guys, 50cents is too good to be true. Whenever you use a service make sure to read the fine print or look up reviews. Lesson learned.

I had paid the 0.50 trial but then they tried to charge my account 78.50 without my consent?? Luckily my card did not have that much and it was declined… Additionally it did not let me sign into my account once i paid the 50 cents for my 7 day trail. Big Scam stay away!

I initially signed up for this to aid me in my weight loss journey with a 7 day free trial for 50p, after paying on apple pay I got a notification from my bank that an additional £62.49 came out of my account for a “1 month payment” bearing in mind that I agreed on paying 50p for 7 days. PLEASE DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY. I have read endless complaints where this company have continued to take money out of peoples accounts.
If this has happened to you and have no clue what to do next or how to get the payments to stop follow these instructions:
1. Call your bank and tell them what has just happened and they will explain the majority of what to do next, they will stop withdrawals from AbleCoach and may freeze your card.
2. Email AbleCoach
customer services and stipulate that you would like to cancel your subscription and request a full refund of the money they have taken off you…this will help when providing request of refund proof to your bank
3. If AbleCoach deny you a refund…which they most likely will, contact your bank again and explain that they have refused, the bank should then be able to dispute the transaction and hopefully get you your money bank.
4. Most importantly spread awareness of the deception of this app

I chose the free version, yet every day they charge different amounts to my apple account. $50 to $30 or even $5. Not even helpful, pointless.

What pathetic people. Shamelessly tried to scam me. I got the recommendation off of tik tok, and stupidly didn’t look at the app reviews before downloading it.
If you’re in this situation, CALL YOUR BANK. Tell them what’s happened and they’ll block any further subscriptions and protect you from losing more money!
