Time and time again an error code popped up when i tried to transfer funds.
And cant access my account using a QR code.

Frequent Access Outages
Unfortunately, ABN digital services have nearly weekly outages of some service. Most recently was total account lock out due to server errors. What a mess.

Your initial advise last year was that you would support the use of older versions of phones till March 2026. Yet this is February 2026 and you have clear stopped supporting older versions of phones. Not good.

Flawed app
Not user friendly able to pay credit card when abroad if no access to credit card app. Customer service not very helpful.

It hangs continuously on the iPad
Not sure why but trying to send a payment on the iPad app is broken.

Niet geweldig sinds de laatste update
Werkte altijd prima. Sinds de laatste update gaat het alleen niet goed bij de betalingen die gedaan moeten worden vanuit een andere app. De ABN app schiet dan door naar het overmaken waardoor je dus opnieuw kan beginnen. Pas na een keer of 3 gaat het goed, redelijk frustrerend dus.
