So here are my complaints, the website is 100% about selling more products, even to customers who already purchased the product. Go there to find articles for support? You’ll be greeted with some spammy 10% off garbage.
The app? I thought I paid for a subscription when I purchased the alarm. Yet there are massive in app advertisements in the app, that you have to pay to hide…
Would I purchase the alarm again? So far the answer is a definite no, not unless the customer experience improves.

False Advertising!
All those wonderful features come at a price! EVERY month you have to pay more $! You can’t Self Monitor, you can’t review logs, you won’t even know what caused the alert unless you pay, pay, pay! And they recently “upgraded” the app to fill your Dashboard with unwanted Ads, unless you pay extra to get rid of them. What a money grubbing farce!

Works Ok
Disappointed in how some videos take very long to play a clip. I doubt it’s a connection issue but I can’t validate that since the app doesn’t communicate signal strength for connected devices.
Overlay Blocks Recorded Video
Recording contour to have an Overlay that blocks important video recorded during the event. Please fix this!
Beware: the AI support chat is really useless
The app has always been buggy. But now the app support chat defaults to AI. And the AI is really useless in that it wastes your time. Demand a human immediately.
