Loyalty card needs wallet integration

New user to the app but it would be more useful if the QR code for the loyalty card was available in Apple wallet rather than having to open the app.

Far from simple to use

Really poor set-up and far more complexity than simplicity…

Useless

Terrible does not reply can’t change password etc

Double keying?

How come I have to put in all my details again when I book a table thru the app? It has all my details. This is basic stuff.

Clunky

This app is hard work. In fact I won’t be using it in future.

Easy join up!

Only took 2mins to download and sign up for the loyalty card. Really easy to use and great seeing that I have offers to use already!

Problems

Whilst I love Chestnut inns , I’ve had so many problems , I logged out couldn’t get back in , sent forgot password link , they said email not registered , so try to re register to be told I’m all ready registered.
Finally managed to re register and now offer I was looking at not showing

The paper card was better

Not trying to sound like a dinosaur, but the paper card this app replaces was better.
Firstly you got a discount immediately, and it was a better discount than this. You have to spend £500 to get a £10 voucher. This will equate to a 10 pence reduction on a £5 spend.
With the paper card the staff recognised you and applied the reduction automatically. This obviously suits regulars, but the infrequent/onetime visitor wouldn’t in theory build up the £500.
Whilst I like the idea and welcome the chestnut groups efforts with a loyalty scheme this app kind of misses the mark and I suspect without improvements in the apps stability and a meaningful reward/discount it will go the same way as the last two loyalty cards/schemes they’ve had in as many years.

Can’t log in

I’ve tried to download this several times in order to access the customer loyalty, but all I ever see is the list of locations/pubs… not fit for purpose!

Poor

Really poor app. Very laggy and not thought through.
