Both cameras aren’t able to connect to WiFi on the same day
I am pretty sure my WiFi is working, but both of my cameras just stop connecting to it and always show offline mode, I tried to hard reset one of it and it stuck on the last step while connecting to WiFi, it must their server problem

The camera is decent and the night camera is also pretty good. The problem is the camera screen goes black and you have to do a hard reset. When resetting it, it's really loud and I usually need to do it when the baby is sleeping bc that's when I check the monitor. I have had this for 4 months and have had to reset at least 10-15 times.

Upset
I buy this camera and kit for my newborn granddaughter. It’s very glitchy. I paid $220 for this whole kit. I am not happy.
Literally just stops working
Randomly, out of nowhere you will get a message saying the camera cannot connect, please retry. After hitting retry about 15 times, even with full WiFi and no reason at all for an issue, you’ll be lucky to get the camera feed refreshed and connected. That was how we’ve operated over the past two weeks. Now I’ve run into an issue where the video feed will not work no matter what you do. I tried re setting the camera. I tried unplugging it for 5 minutes and restarting it. Literally nothing works. Not only is this camera a waste of money, it’s dangerous to use as a tool for the safety of your baby.
