Works for me!
I have zero issues with this app. I have DFSA and HFSA. For what I need the app for, like checking my Dependent Care/FSA balance, reimbursements, etc., the app is fine. I have had zero issues with linking my bank, and it does not glitch much.
Can’t connect bank accounts!
This app will not allow me to connect a bank account so I guess I don’t have access to my savings, much less transfer some of the money to my bank account. Every time I try to add a bank account it gives me a weird error message saying that I had previously answered a security question wrong. Instead of giving me that weird error message, the app should simply ask me one of my other security questions so that I can actually add my bank info. Please fix on the next update. It’s very frustrating not having access to my own hard earned money.

Scanning product to check FSA eligibility is stressful
It is so frustrating to try to scan a product with this app to check FSA eligibility. There is no way to get the camera to focus on the barcode. So frustrating!!
Waste of effort
Took the time to set up the app so that carrying an insurance card wasn’t needed, but the app update and deleted all the log in info.
