App failure and configuration
I remember you were able to go into this app whenever you wanted and be able to click on any workout plan without an issue and videos would load and everything. Now though I can’t click on the Pro to start intermediate and advanced workouts without getting the “ERROR 23: There is an issue with your configuration. Check the underlying error for more details.” Note. I reached out to support and haven’t heard nothing back. It’s very frustrating because you can’t even reach out to support through app nor will it allow you to track progress without error. The app has not been fixed and I’m not the one having this issue neither it’s widespread. PLEASE FIX THIS APP

I really like this! It’s free and it has helped me do a small amount of workout each day
Amazing
Perfect for all levels (beginner through advanced) I did all of the challenges-30 days beginner/intermediate/advanced and I also did the plank challenge and got exactly what I wanted coming out of it. Rock hard abbs lol!

I really like the clean interface without any distracting rubbish. Instructions are simple with inapp you tube videos.
I don’t like that the challenges are hard set and cannot modified in any way. If you can’t complete the set reps there’s no way to show that or edit results post workout.

BUGS
Rest days do not complete. This prevents you from moving on. Don’t waste your time with this app

After downloading over 10 apps just to realize you have to pay after giving allllllll your info, I finally ran into this one and it was really free!!!
Motivation!
I hate doing abs but this app helps me motivate and stay with it

I’m a parkour teacher but with the gym close I didn’t have a motivation to work out... my friend stood me to try this app and I honestly love it. Personally a one day even for the advanced level isn’t enough so I do a day from each level (beginner advance etc) and I completely love it

Whenever signed in on the app, it would go to the home page of the app then go straight back to the sign in page after a few seconds. It would be great if you got that fixed.
