Thought would add to reviews. Used in 2025 GP weekend all all worked okay. Map and event times weee helpful and tickets showed as they should.

I was trying to use this app to login with my ticket my friend sent me and it is super comlicated and gave me so many headaches. Would not recommend.
Why register in another app?!
I bought tickets through official web, I do not want to register in another side app! I want my tickets to be opened on my phone!

Je confirme l’autre commentaire, les billets ne s’importent pas sur cette application visiblement codée par un stagiaire de 17 ans sans expérience. L’assistance est un chatbot tout droit sorti de 2012. Pourquoi ne pas nous donner les billets en PDF ???

App is great! User friendly, worked perfectly, given all necessary information to guide you through event. I would like to suggest one additional info for future, to add location guide for all events that are held, so ppl don’t loose time for searching. There was already location sign next to event, but it was no showing anything.

Tickets not showing
Edit: I deleted the app, reinstalled it, logged back in and my ticket appeared 🪄✨. No logical reason for that to fix the problem other than due to a mistake by the app developer.
I received my shared ticket by email but it’s not showing in the app (logged in with same email address). Contact support and they say their agents aren’t available after 6pm. Shockingly bad service

This absolutely worst event organization I’ve ever encountered
Absolutely shocking
No golden circle tickets showing as purchased, 1 hour queue at ticket resolution only for them to log me out and now I can’t access any of my tickets for tomorrow! Shocking! Good job the phone number provided works! NOT!
The most awful experience with tickets
Shared tickets with friends. They lost it during sharing and no one can do nothing with it. Support is completely mess - they cannot do anything and don't answer do days. Want my money back for all inclusion an concerts. I paid for all concerts and have not access to the tickets.
If you do such a system for such expensive experience you have to hire a qualified programmers for application and tickets system. It's awful now. I know l'm not alone in this situation.

The worst app and customer support
If there would be not starts, I would have been given not only because of the worst app communication but also because of the poorest customer support.
Where are my concert tickets?
All I can find are my Marina/Race tickets but cannot find my concert tickets. I have been to every F1 in Abu Dhabi and never experienced anything like this. If I have a race ticket then I should be able to show it and enter the concert but apparently it won’t work like this. Very frustrating!
