No taxis available, but a taxi shows up at my house
I have never had issues with this app. But recently, for 4 consecutive days whenever trying to make a booking, I get the notification that “there are no taxis in my area, or my booking was unsuccessful, I should try again” I tried ti book again, and said the same thing
After 10 minutes two taxi drivers were calling me yo let me know they were waiting outside. Now when I walk out I don’t know which taxi to take and the drivers are fighting.!
Can you sort this issue out.

Terrible
This app barely works. Make sure you allow at least 15 minutes before you need to set off to book as the app takes a long time to find a driver.
Frustrating
The app regularly says it can’t find a taxi, but then books one anyway, after I found another ride. It also doesn’t tell the driver of cancelations. Several times I have had a cancelled taxi arrive at the same time my Careem arrives with a confused driver.
US numbers not accepted
Can not create an account with a US number making the app useless.
App Needs an Upgrade
Poor App interface. Cannot recognize locations. Doesn’t send correct data to drivers.
Used to be good, no longer working
I’m not sure what the developers have done to this app, but it was working perfectly fine until the last update and now the map doesn’t load at all, which means you can’t book a taxi. Occasionally it works. It’s the taxi drivers who are losing out here.

When a pre-booking for the airport is made, is it reasonable for the conditions to state that the booking is not confirmed and depends on the availability of taxis, with the company disclaiming any responsibility? When a booking is confirmed by the customer, it should be confirmed by the company. The taxi policies in Abu Dhabi need to be revised.

App stopped working
The app was good when it worked but for some reason I can’t log in or register to use the app anymore. There is also no one to help fix the error - I rang the phone number and no one can help with technical issues.
Absolutely useless app, I cannot register with my Saudi Arabian number
Why can’t you allow registering with other phone numbers from all around the world? United Arab Emirates trying to do anything to attract more tourist and only number I can use is UAE. This is absolutely wrong I cannot register even with my Saudi Arabian phone number. I need to order Taxi for my wife and baby to go from the airport to zoo and back and this is impossible. Your phone numbers are not working as well …. unbelievable

App has completely stopped working
The app has become completely unresponsive now. Can not book taxis, it constantly says “Kindly select the source.” Also can not pay by QR code. Completely useless!
Buggy, won't install
The app will have me agree to terms and conditions in English but then I cannot select English as an option- it works if I switch to Arabic but then I cannot switch it back. When I force quit the app from the screen to choose between English and Arabic it doesn't load again.
Must have UAE phone number
No good for visitors as must have a UAE number.

Very user friendly. I downloaded the app and had a taxi on the way in a couple of minutes.

This app doesn’t work whatsoever. You keep on waiting but it take forever to load. 15 mins waiting for the app to display the main interface to enter location. Useless

This app can be simplified. Every time I order I have to send a whatapp message with a location. Everything should be done on the app.

It works, but not well
While the app does successfully pair riders with drivers, the location tool doesn’t seem to function well. Each time I use the app, I need to call the driver to give accurate directions because the app also doesn’t provide them with a clear pick-up point. The map picture isn’t very clear, and the live location of the driver takes longer than other car-hailing apps to update.
