Time stamps for notes

It would be great to have our notes time stamped, so we can also track if a symptom repeated takes place during the morning, the afternoon, etc.

And / or, if there could be a way to time stamp our symptoms entries during each day, that would be awesome. 🧡

Lots of useful features but confusing

There is no user guide or quick tips so learning how to use it was challenging at first. Now, there was a major update-with bugs. To update a day, selecting the new level of a feature changes the data from the prior day not the desired day. One can only select 1 level for each feature. It used be select all that apply even if we recreate the no longer supported activities feature, one can only choose 1 most of us are still able to do multiple tasks and would rather not have to make 2-3 pages of. symptoms to click. The customize feature is much needed update.

Disappointing

I was kind of excited to use this - the journal seems helpful but time will tell. It’s pretty basic and I don’t know how it will determine correlations. The one really extremely disappointing thing about the app is I wanted to use the reminders for treatments. Unfortunately the ONLY option is for daily treatments - 1 to 8 times a day. Hey Biogen - you know that your own company makes treatments that are once a month or once ever 6 weeks, once a week, once every 2 weeks! This is MS DMT information level 101. How could you develop an app that doesn’t allow for those variations? Subsequently this is really unhelpful. Major bummer.

Sharing info

I downloaded your app. However when I read your policy of sharing my information with others and that I will receive robo calls I decided not to create an account. As a person with MS my days are hard enough. I don’t want to have unwanted calls, texts, or emails clogging my life.

Won’t show articles

Every time I try to open any article or journal the won’t work. I can’t even get the app to open on most days.

Loading issues

This app is great when it works. About every third day or so, it will not load for some reason. But when it is working it is very helpful.

Updates

Why do updates happen during the day? These updates sometimes take days & not one thing is changed from before. The exercise programs are all the same with no variety.

All it does is freeze upon opening. It was a really nice app.

Changes are awful

App was ok but now I’m deleting it since it doesn’t have the features it did before. You used to be able to note your fatigue level, symptoms & the intensity of them, as well as your mood. Now it’s just a journal so you have to express all in detail. This takes time and there is no way to keep track of it like before. I have a journal already so I don’t need this anymore. Hope they go back to how it was. As well as fix the freezing of the app. That has been a lot less than before.

Fix bugs!

Started out good and was helpful, now the app doesn’t work and remains frozen. Please fix this.

It was good, now it won’t work.

I was recently diagnosed with MS and I was trying to find a way to journal and track my treatments. I had just started my treatments and using the app to help me remember where and when I took my injections. It was also nice to track how I was feeling and any physical symptoms I was having that day. I need to track this more so being recently diagnosed. Every time I open the app now it freezes. I can’t click on anything on the screen it says it is retrieving information for my feed. Once I’ve closed it and reopened it now has a survey question it freezes now.
Please fix this bug so I can continue to use this app to help track my injections and symptoms.

I have had more problems with having this app tell me my email is incorrect or password is incorrect when I’ve written everything down. Between this and the regular Above MS website, I think some things on the app end got confused. Super aggravating.

Would be a great App but....

The App only opens every other day. I like to use the Journal on a daily basis. I have to Journal in the Notes App on my phone or tablet then when the App opens a day or two later, I copy and paste my journal and add any other info as well for each day, providing I remember the level of pain and other symptoms I track.

Great new app

I love tracking my symptoms on a daily basis but would like more customization options. I’ve tried writing them down but this is easier. I love the articles too. I’ve only been using for one day but I love it so far. It would be cool to connect with other people using the app for a community vibe in the future.

Injection schedule

Aby provides for a medicine reminder, but only if use your medication everyday. I inject once a week , so Aby should include a one a week reminder schedule option
