Requires controller hardware
I just need one CLOUDLINE fan to boost HVAC to second story bedroom, but in order to control with app I would have had to purchase an expensive controller hardware with 90% features I don’t need. Disappointed.
Excellent App
Easy to use. Simple to set up parameters for temp and humidity. Very good product and app.

Quality
Everything is quality. Sleek design, thick canvas, strong zippers. It’s quality stuff they have my business.
If only this was with WiFi!
I love how reliable it is and overall effective in both winter and summer! But as I said in thd title, if only this was also WiFi capable, so in case you are away and forget to change settings, you could still operate it. Otherwise highly recommended!
I'm loving it
Way stoked on this setup!
Controller 69 FTW 🔆💚
Controller 69 FTW 🔆💚
I love it.
We have a cooler basement in an old house and I’m using a grow tent to recreate the Marin Coast to grow leafy greens. This AC Infinity stuff is top notch, well packaged and high quality. It’s a little bit higher cost, but I’m already jettisoning the broken cheap stuff because it’s just not designed for actual production.

AC Infinity controller AI
While I’m not into the AI, AC Infinity continues to lead the pack with this controller.
I just use it like the pre-AI version. With all the different automation and settings options, complimented by all their other equipment, Im not sure why you’d go anywhere else

It Just Works
Their engineers do an excellent job maintaining and improving the app constantly. Well thought out, well designed, user-friendly, and it works when you need to, which is all the time.
Update broke app
Update broke the app it just crashes now
Do not buy
I am extremely disappointed with the AC Infinity app. The hardware may have potential, but the app experience is so frustrating, unreliable, and poorly optimized that it completely undermines the product. Every time I open the app, it takes far too long to load. What should be a quick and simple process turns into a waiting game, and that becomes incredibly irritating when you need to make fast adjustments to your fan settings.
The touch responsiveness is one of the worst parts of the experience. The app frequently does not respond when I tap the screen, especially when trying to change fan speed. It feels like I have to press multiple times just to get the app to register a simple command, and even then it often lags or ignores the input entirely. This is not an isolated issue with one device either. I have tried it on different phones and experienced the same problems every time, so this clearly points to the app itself being badly designed or poorly maintained.
This is not a screen issue, not a phone issue, and not a user issue. No matter how clean the screen is, no matter what device you use, and no matter how patient you try to be, the app remains painfully slow and unresponsive. For something that is supposed to control an essential part of a grow setup, this level of performance is unacceptable. A fan control app should be fast, stable, and reliable. Instead, this one is sluggish, frustrating, and inconsistent.
What makes it worse is that this app is supposed to support an environment where precision and timing matter. If you are managing a grow and need to adjust airflow, temperature, or fan settings quickly, the last thing you need is an app that freezes, lags, or ignores your commands. It creates unnecessary stress and makes the whole system feel cheap and unfinished. A poor app experience can ruin confidence in the entire brand, because if the software is this bad, it becomes difficult to trust the overall ecosystem.
At this point, the app is so bad that it genuinely makes me consider switching to another brand altogether. Good hardware is not enough if the software controlling it is this slow, clunky, and unreliable. AC Infinity seriously needs to fix the loading times, improve touch responsiveness, and make the app function like a modern control app should. Until then, I cannot recommend it to anyone who wants dependable performance. Right now, it feels less like a useful tool and more like an obstacle.

Can be shaky
I’ve been using ACI for two years and the AI Controller is supposed to the greatest, but it often turns off important attachments and while there is a screen notification, there is no way to set an audible notification on iPhone. So when the humidifier decides okay, I’m taking a vacation see you whenever you notice I’m gone, there’s no way of knowing. I grow mushrooms and I need consistent environments. If this persists across the three devices I have, I’ll look for a more reliable system. In fairness, when it works it is fantastic - when it stops it causes a lot of damage.

Doesn’t allow manual WiFi entry
Forces joining the same WiFi network as the phone, which is bad enough on its own, but also requires the phone to join the 2.4 ghz network. Why on earth wouldn’t you allow manually typing in the WiFi SSID?
Best equipment
I have used multiple different product products throughout the years and these products by far are the easiest to integrate into my existing system and I am slowly changing everything over to all AC infinity products. Infinity has been an absolute game changer for me.
