The app works fine but the Bluetooth gauge itself has issues.
Smart Gauge frozen
The app locks up and Smart Gauge is not accessible. The app is sending JSON error messages connecting to my login. I never received the message to enter my UPC. Product is useless.
App does not work
App cannot load the files for any vehicle, it just displays an error, it’s unusable.

The app doesn’t even work. It’s hot as hell outside and all I’ve been trying to do is to get the damn app to even work.

Got error message every time I attempted to select my car model. I deleted the app. It’s useless.
Asks too much information
This is an app that just shows you videos and pictures for how to do something. Why do you need my location? Why are you asking for access to my photos? It makes no sense. Half the video didn’t load either.
Clunky app
I appreciate the video clips, but the instructions are difficult to read. With all that wasted space on the screen, why not give more room for the instructions. Ridiculous having to scroll to read more than two rows at a time.
App said the recharge hose would fit my car, no hose they make fits it

App does not work. It does not detect the upc that was entered. Waste of time. Just use youtube.

Doesn’t work. Can’t even get past bar code. It needs the last 6 digits. Typed it in say not valid. Junk app
This app is broken!
It starts at the point they ask you to enter the last 6 digits of the upc code. Enter it in and it says “Unknown error” what’s the point of an app if it doesn’t work right?

This app is completely useless. I'm sitting here trying to log into the app by using the last six digits of the UPC and I got an unknown error. I can't even open the stupid thing let alone use it. Whoever designed this app should just find another job.

Don’t get the Bluetooth version
Sucks. This is only useful if someone doesn’t know how to follow instructions on the regular one. Not that intuitive, disconnected often, and made me reenter all my info every time just to get the trigger to function. In the end didn’t make my ac colder either. That’s probably because of a compressor issue or something but that’s not why I gave it a poor rating.

Physically doesn't work
The app is fine, but the canister won't hook up to a vaccine set up if you're completely resetting the lines, has to hood directly onto the low side. Worst part is even when hooked up to the low side the readings are way off and the canister doesn't even pump into the A/C port, it just drips out of the squeeze grip. 0/10 waste of money
