I’m very upset because every time I try to log into my account it says there’s no account under my name and then I have to login a different way every time. Why can’t it be corrected? I just wish it would let me sign in the normal way like I sign in with every other account there’s gotta be an easier way to this.

This site is a joke and a waste of money. I can type my email address or my phone number and it comes up belonging to another person. I’ve been having the same phone number and email address for over 25 years.

When i press to get the info it says preparing your search, the magnifying glass roll and roll and nothing happens, tried on iPhone, ipad, macbook pro and galaxy s21, reached out for help but nobody answered!!!!
