Usually wrong relatives it’s like a guessing game, if you don’t monitor you won’t know, can’t find the person that lives in the state you’re looking for, cannot research anything on any website, your background check is not crossing the T’s and dotting the i’s at all anymore.
Why? Why am I paying for more for half the service.
I don’t need all your stupid benefits of all these little companies that want me to spend money on them.
I just want the service I’m paying for it, that’s it. I want the old services back especially when I’m paying so much my BeenVerified from $9.99 to $29.99a month.
If I don’t see changes soon I won’t be here much longer.

Packed with information and recent information, but leaving out ex-husbands, marriages and divorces. I don’t know where to go for that.
Incorrect information
Upon searching myself, the majority of the information is blatantly incorrect, and, the app to retrieve my prior account keeps rerouting me to the login page.

I hate to say about Whitepages is a lot better than this app. At least one Whitepages I can narrow the search down and actually get results that are somewhat up-to-date.
On BeenVerified, you have to dig through hundreds of results that aren’t even close to what you searched for. And on top of that the subscription cost is a lot harder to cancel. And cost more than Whitepages..

Premium is a joke
Paid extra for arrest records and detailed info for on public information that I already paid for just to not have to do the extra leg work, just for them to ask for a third fee
App search results NOT worth monthly price tag. :(

Using the “Advanced Search” and filtering are a WASTE of time and energy/$ because the results don’t even sort or narrow the list properly. This is a slap in the face of a long term customer hoping for improvements.
I’ve been using the app for a couple years and unfortunately, the value has just not been there for me.
The searches yield results that are way too broad. And don’t include enough detailed information they could otherwise be obtained for free or at least getting little to nothing for little to nothing.
Currently, I’m exhausted for paying thousands of dollars for a poor end-user product.

Garbage
Absolutely garbage! Downloaded to tie up any loose ends from my late son and no matter what info I put in it showed me nothing! If I could give it zero stars, I would! Also, they make it almost impossible to cancel your subscription! NOT WORTH IT ABSOLUTE GARBAGE
Account Always Frozen
For the past year or so I have had to send an email almost monthly because my account is frozen. I send screenshots that I pay my monthly subscription through Apple. I’ve been an active member since 2011. What is going on? No one can tell me why this keeps happening.

Beware/scam
This was not an app through Apple, it was loaded trough the web! Maybe spam. As it didn’t have my name correctly. The app said 29.99 for 3 months. Which I was charged, but, the app in the app purchases, said 0 dollars. Needless to say I cancelled. Was refunded. Because it said, in the application, it would be a monthly recurring charge. Tread carefully! I will take it up with Apple.
