Easy access to all the support I would expect.
Excellent user experience
I love how user-friendly this app is. Everything is clearly set out regardless of what type of user you are and what resource you require. It’s a really aesthetically pleasing design which is important when coupled with the ease of use, as some users may be in a particularly vulnerable state of mind when accessing and certainly don’t need more barriers to accessing support.
