Terrible App
Schools need to urgently switch to a better app, no matter what day and no matter how fast the WiFi is there’s always a loading screen that never ends and requires the app to be deleted and reinstalled.
Absolute dumpster fire disguised as an app.
App is slower than my great grandma’s mobility scooter. “Woops! Something went wrong!”.. I mean they can’t even spell whoops correctly what the hell. Why do we have to use this app.. 😔💔
Nothing works
My school uses this app for our marks but with all the bugs and issues the app has it’s nearly impossible to access anything, I couldn’t look at my report card until it was December. Fix your app
Worst app to ever be made
So many bugs and issues has been happening for years now very slow and frustrating my child can’t even see there marks I do not recommend this app to anyone if you get annoyed easily I would give this app negative-1000 if I could!!!!!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

this app is so buggy and i have to redownload and delete it every month , if i could delete this app permanently i would but i have to use for school , would not recommend at all .
App useable and dev unwilling to fix issue
I logged a request to fix an issue with the app where it does not have my child’s grade correctly reflected on the app it shows it shows last years grade and teachers and contact details. Therefore you can’t even submit an issue from the app or download reports. I submitted the details and provided screenshots of the issue. I received a response the same day that the dev didn’t see the same issue on their side and therefore closed the request. Never mind the fact that a parent can’t get the information needed or interact with the school via this platform. Just a well we don’t see it so we are closing this call? I think it’s unacceptable.

I don’t understand why my child’s school uses this app to upload progress reports. It’s the worse, take along to open sometimes it doesn’t open up at all.
App never works
Every time I try and access the app, I get a message saying “Woops, something went wrong, please try again after some time”. It’s been 3 days now, how much time is needed?

Every single action results in an error. Whoops something went wrong. It is absurd how poor this app is. It doesn’t even deserve the one star I’m forced to give it. And as parents we have to rely on this. We pay a ton of school fees, surely you can afford to build a decent app! Useless.

This app is forever offline, I’m struggling to get my son’s school report. Worse part is even last term it was the same thing. Don’t get me started on the login page 🥺

Issues
The app barely functions how it’s supposed to. It is extremely slow and difficult to use. You can barely access the necessary information. Constantly says “whoops having trouble, try again after some time.” There are many flaws making the app hard to use. Whether you uninstall then install again or switch your WiFi on and off again the app still doesn’t work.
