If your child is sick or unable to collect an order, you do not get refunded and the order will not be made up at another time. I have a special needs child who is sick a lot and have hence lost hundreds due to him not being able to redeem his order or be refunded.
Good app but very buggy as of late
This app was initially very good but as of late it freezes. You cannot navigate out side the loading page. You cannot remove old account
Please get basics right

Start with password validation. Check if the validation coded out matches the copy/instruction for user.
Then enable virtual cards. This is vital for app user safety. If the password validation was wrong it’s hard to trust the security of banking cards in the app.

Worst Customer Support
Since the update The app has locked me out of the app and when I try and use the forgot password option it says my number is not recognized and there is no options to use my email address for forgotten password. I have emailed support multiple times and called your helpline but no one has replied to my email and no one answers your helpline. There is STILL money on my app and I cannot order my child lunch! Can someone please get back to me!!!!

Random unaccounted for deductions
There’s zero transparency about transaction fees, no transaction history. Money gets taken off my kids’ balances randomly. This app is pretty scammy.
