If it wasn’t free i wouldn’t use it

The doctors take about 30 minutes to an hour to get with you even though it said they are available right then. It doesn’t seem like they read the description I wrote because they ask me why I’m there as if I didn’t put it in the description and most of them seem annoyed like they don’t like there jobs. It’s sad to see doctors in America don’t really care but that’s what they show.

Very comprehensive diagnosis

I find their diagnosis good. They ask a lot of questions to understand your symptoms.

Bugs..

This app has been great because it helps connect me to services that I need to be connected to. However… the app itself is a bit clunky and not completely responsive/intuitive. I’ve experienced some bugs—especially when using the app on an iPad with a keyboard connected (unable to scroll down to accept terms and conditions, etc).

Life saver

Campus medical was closed, saved me from making an expensive trip to the ER

Can’t see Different Providers

When my provider didn’t have any appointments available within the time-frame I needed, I tried to schedule an appointment with a different provider. The app automatically cancelled my appointment. Although it cancelled relatively soon after I scheduled it, my provider still hasn’t added any appointments that work for me. I will be finding a new care provider.
