Vibe Coded Trash
App is clearly vibe coded, logins do not work, and support is non existent. Looking forward to this horrible app being removed from the App Store.
Broken
Tried to access my insurance info to set up an appointment. Instead, I learned that no matter what, there was no way to log in to the app. Just an error message and nowhere to click. Luckily, the website did work. Tried turning it off and on, deleting and redownloading—no dice. I wonder how much money they thought they’d save by getting rid of physical insurance cards…

Can’t even log in
Nothing works. Not the website, not the app, not the email links, not creating a new account, not accessing an existing account, not resetting the password, and especially, not the customer support.

The most important part of a student health insurance app would be being able to log in……oh well I guess

I don’t understand how I can verify my information when it won’t even send me an email. What the point of that message if this stupid app doesn’t even attempt to verify it??
