Accelerometer excels

Only issue I have is deleting files. I don’t see a method to do so??

Please add watch app

First, welcome back to the world of active app developers.

I really enjoy the app, especially for amusement park rides, but I would love to have a version for the Apple Watch. Any chance of that? It would be really useful for getting an idea of how much stress we put on our feet if (temporarily) worn on an ankle.

Export?

Very nice and clean app. It would be nice if I could export the data gathered.

Functional acceleration data logger

It’s quite basic as it stands, but is clear and easy to use. I would have expected a Fourier analysis feature to be present.

Amazing app

Amazing app

Works fine, no ads!

Pretty basic, but works fine to show and record accelerations. Nice interface and there aren’t any ads cutting it up!

This app is awesome!

..

Miss labeled axis and wrong units

The axes are mislabeled. When I moved the phone up and down its measuring acceleration in the y axis instead of z. Also it’s showing -1 when the phone is held right side up and + 1 when I turn the phone upside down.
How can you mess this up?

Academic uses

Who else is forced to download this for Marianopolis mechanic lab? Great app btw

Great app

Great app but would possibly like to see some sensitivity filters and as another review says the y axis to stay constant so you can easily see the force value

More settings to alter the final output would be a nice feature but great start none the less

Csv file

I don’t know how can I save the data in csv file, I also don’t know what’s the meaning of three curves

Accelerometer

Would like to see time in milliseconds or hundredths of a second.
Would like to see countdown timer to start.
Then I could use this to time a sprint without having to press any button to start or end the sprint. It would simulate “On your mark Get set Go. I could determine reaction time by seeing when the flat line starts to change. I could figure out finish time by seeing when step intensity starts to smooth out.

No time stamp

There is no time stamp in the recorded data which makes it useless for me.

Freezes after 2 minutes

Takes data fine, many export options, but freezes after about two minutes. I was hoping to have my students use this for a class amusement park field trip, but it doesn’t even record for one ride before freezing.

good app

I have an iPhone xr, and this app was very easy to use. it wasn’t confusing and it displayed the data in an easy to read way. I tried this app by walking around the room and accelerating/deceleration at different times. the app worked as advertised.i feel like the app is already as developed as possible.

it’s great

it’s really fun to play with and is very efficient

Seems like it gets the job done

It is easy to use and measures all three axisies (is that a word?). We’ll see how it does in the field but it seems to work fine. It better cuz I need a good grade. #pleasemrwatkins

Not helpful for everyone

This app is not beginner-friendly and there are no instructions or a guide. However, I’m sure it would be helpful to those who are competent in this field.

What is happening

What is happening? I don’t think the app is very beginner friendly. If you know what you are doing I feel like it works well.

Pretty ok

The app does what it’s meant to do but it’s kind of unclear. Over all, it’s a pretty solid app but it can be confusing with no direction or explanations.
