Useless App
Love the pharmacy, hate this app. It used to run just fine then suddenly it stopped. So I reloaded it and it said my password was wrong. Ok. I changed the password not once, not twice but three times. Still tells me my password is invalid. Can’t order my refills easily and all in all, this app is useless.

Does not work
This app was updated at some point and now it does not work. I’ve done all my phone updates, all the steps in the app to check password/login, and I still get an error message every time. Frustrating!

Same issues as the others. So tired of this every time I try to use this app.

Use Rx Local instead
I got kicked out of this up and couldn’t login even after changing my password several times. I noticed there was also an Rx Local app and tried that instead. I was able to login easily with my original credentials and all of my information was there
Used to work
I liked the app till about a month ago. No matter what I do/don’t do on the phone app it kicks me out. Going crazy w the PW resets, which do not work. My pharmacy is no help. No contact to call abt the issues. Awful.
Too much hassle just call the pharmacy
I ge kicked out of my own account all the time which I understand if I only use it rarely. I constantly have to change the password. Then the new password won’t work. I change it again and still won’t work. I’ve missed out on many messages from my pharmacy and there’s no customer service number or help icon. Complete waste

I am trying to long in and it keeps telling me to change my password and when I try it tells me context not found. Please fix this app because it is driving me bonkers!!!
NO help at all
I’ve tried for over a week now to get set up and it refuses to let me. It says invalid password so I press reset my password and it then says it will send code and I never receive code. This app is definitely messed up. I would really like to have this app so I can follow my meds with my pharmacy

My old email account is no longer valid. I couldnt remember my old password, so my pharmacy told me to delete the app and re-register. As soon as I entered my info, I got a message that I already had an account and wanted me to log in using my OLD email! I am going in circles!

Junk
This app is junk it hasn’t worked for months! I can’t create an account there is no contact info. How can I call someone to help me register if their isn’t a number on the app?? Don’t waist your time. I will include an update or take this down if I can ever find a way to login
