Reliable Smart-Lock Automation Without Need of PMS
I use Jervis to manage two Yale Assure Lock 2 units for my short-term rental — one for the building entrance and one for the unit door. This was my first time setting up any type of smart-lock integration, and Jervis made the entire process straightforward. I currently run my property using Hospitable, but I would’ve needed to upgrade to a higher tier just to connect two locks. Jervis solved that instantly.
What I appreciate most is the automation and reliability. Jervis generates guest codes across both locks without me having to think about it, and it even creates multiple backup codes automatically on the Yale side. That alone gives me peace of mind that guests will always be able to get in without a mess of troubleshooting.
The mobile app isn’t the prettiest, but it gets the job done and stays out of the way — and honestly, the simplicity is part of the charm. If you’re not interested in jumping into a more complex PMS or paying for upgrades just to sync locks, Jervis is a flexible, no-commitment solution that works exactly the way you need it to.

Integration with Hospitable works great! Highly recommend if you don't want to spend a lot more $ for the more expensive PMS package but still want Electronic lock integration.

If you have multiple homes and locks, Jervis is a must have. It automatically creates door codes when a new booking comes in. We’re very happy with it.
