Glitchy app
The automated messages don’t send when I set them to and updating templates and saving the changes is not possible on the phone app.

At the end of the day, it works fine it just compared to modern apps it seems dated and old school. Can’t quite put my finger on it. Maybe it’s because it’s not a US base company. Still we use it and we pay for it because it does what we want but it’s a bit clunky

mostly and happens very frequently the app will switch cleaners mid cleaning on us. Makes it hard to figure out who to actually pay for the work. This can happen at any stage of the task being accepted, started or completed

This is a great channel manager for a small operation.
App does not work on iPhone 17 pro
I thought it was fix to work on iPhone 16 and later I still can’t get into my account since I upgraded my phone to the 17 pro!! HELP!!!!!!!
