App does not work on iPhone 17 pro
I thought it was fix to work on iPhone 16 and later I still can’t get into my account since I upgraded my phone to the 17 pro!! HELP!!!!!!!

Fine app with a lot of shortcomings
I’m genuinely so confused as to how this app has such good reviews. No multi-calendar support, buggy messaging/notification support, constant, buggy OTA updates that usually fail, causing me to force quit most times I open the app. It’s just a very inconsistent and underwhelming app. I’m not able to turn off Airbnb or VRBO notifications because it’s just not consistent enough for me to rely on solely. Also missing a number of features like reporting, device management, etc. All of which I need frequently on my phone. The app works, but often I find myself just going to the mobile site if I need to get something done. To me, that’s a failure on their part.

Worst app on my phone
Just when I thought the app couldn’t get any slower or clunkier, they updated it and made it worse. It now takes about 15-20 loading time to EVERYTIME I open it, and crashes the majority of the time before loading completes. They’ve also now focused the app on those that manage multiple properties, so to view a calendar for a single property takes about 5 clicks to get to the right screen. UX team need to find a new career.

Incident Management is Terrible
Continued to experience issues with the calendar blocking out days for no reason. I would report the issue and would get almost automated responses that were never addressing the issue and did not provide clear steps to resolve. The final straw was when IGMS was not passing the correct rates to my Airbnb and VRBO and my property didn’t book for three weeks when I found the issues. Again I reported it and the response for wrong and unhelpful. This time I cancelled the service and now am integrating Pricelabs direct with Airbnb and VRBO and linked their calendars.

Tons of glitches and time wasting issues. I suggest looking elsewhere. Not a fan at all.
Buggy Mobile Booking Experience
The igms mobile direct booking website is riddled with bugs, making it difficult to book a stay. Despite promises of fixes, the issues persist. This is a major problem, as most users rely on mobile devices for reservations. Please address these technical issues promptly to improve the user experience.

The app is nice but super slow
Needs an update
While the concept and features are pretty good, that’s where the positives end. The app is very slow, clunky, and crashes frequently. Needs to be quit and reset regularly to work, and again it is one of the slower apps I’ve used. For what you pay to use it, it feels extremely low budget.
Really happy with it
I have tried so many apps, such as HostAway, Tookit, Uplisting, etc., but I am stayed with IGMS. Because they are very quick in response. The app is not complicated, it's very easy to use, and also the price is affordable. That's all the thing that I was looking for. I recommend this app!

Nothing ever loads properly on this app. Every other page - it just doesn’t load, even though I have the latest app version. The amount of bugs and issues with this app make it impossible to use. I always have to go on the browser version to do anything. They need to invest more on improving this app. Everyone uses their phone these days to manage properties in a timely manner.

Great Side-Kick to STR Owners
we only have five properties on Airbnb and Vrbo but I am not sure how I would manage them without the help of iGMS software. M wife and I love the ability to share the multi-calendar and see it at a glance which homes are renting when. It also centralizes are inbox between Airbnb and Vrbo making communications a snap. It really helps manage the cleaning and pre-stay activity as well with our contractors. We are just working on setting up a website through them for direct bookings and I find their support staff helpful and quick to respond. Definitely recommend.
