Reinstalling shouldn’t be necessary, so we’d love to look into what’s causing this. Please reach out to your school, who will then get in contact with us so we can investigate further and help resolve the issue. We’re actively working on improvements, and your feedback helps us make the app more stable for everyone.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about the My School Portal app. We understand the frustration of being unable to access your child's schedule when you needed it. To clarify - the app requires an internet connection to view schedules or make bookings. Mandatory updates ensure all users have the latest security patches and new features, and our updates are usually small and quick to install. We recognise that limited connectivity can make updating challenging. We will look at options to improve the update process for users with restricted data access and your experience helps us understand how families use the app in practice.
