Good but could be better

The discounts are far more better on the app than others, but the loading of the page takes forever or goes blank. If that issue was fixed, this app would by far have five stars.

Won’t open

This app will not open on my iPad. There fore it is useless.

Trash just like Rio Tinto

Of course Rio Tinto would partner with an app that literally doesn’t work.

App doesn’t work

You can’t even sign into the app the last time the app was updated was 3 years ago!!

horrible login

it makes you re login everytime and doesn’t offer saved login

Can’t login

Decided to re-download this app ahead of a trip to see if I could snag a deal or two, but unfortunately I can’t login and it’s been a few weeks now

Terrible

The app is so old that nothing works. It can’t access location services anymore and it doesn’t load anything when you do a general search. I’m talking to HR to recommend they get rid of this and find a different program

Glitchy

This app is so glitchy it’s almost worthless. I’d use it if it actually functioned as intended

Poor App

Very slow, “deals” really arent deals, wont let you cancel nights for hotel stay Poor all around

App does not load

I have not been able to open the app past log in screen. After putting in my email address and password, nothing happens. There is some fatal flaw causing people not to be able to log in. Maybe you should fix and also allow to log in from a computer.

Absolute waste

👎👎

Such a frustrating app!

They really need some UX help. When I used to be able to login, navigation was clunky at best. Now, it doesn’t let me login, won’t send me a password rest email, and when I try to sign up again, it tells me an account already exists. Access Perks is garbage! It’s only an employee perk if it works. So annoying! 😡

Deep savings!

Access Perks is by far the most vast discount program out there. There are savings on almost anything you could think of. I’ve noticed that many discounts are between 30-50%. I particularly like the dining and food section. There are tons of bogo’s and they are unlimited use. It’s surprising how many local “ma and pa” shops they have too. I’ve been able to save lots on travel specifically on hotels. My wife and I travel more now that we can save 40, 50, sometimes even 60 percent off of hotels. Access perks is a great way to stretch paychecks, boost employee moral, and show employees that you care about them as an HR team, owner, or CEO.

FIX YOUR FREAKINGAPP

I pay for this service and your app freezes and closes all the time. You’re about to be sued for this if you’re not careful. We pay good money for your services and our members call us constantly saying your app is having issues.
It’s ridiculous. You claim to be the best out there PROVE IT. This is ridiculous.

The app needs an overhaul to be effective while traveling.

Great idea, but you open it to a long-wait loading page. The location button doesn’t work (there aren’t even location permissions for this app).
Also, as most savings locally less than $5 per saving, I would have taken an extra 8 hours of PTO for the year and been happy. They do have a suggest a business button that I’m interested to see turnaround on.
Great savings for buying a car though, and if you’re a remote company, it is a great way to try to offer all employees a chance at discounts.

Poorly designed layout

The content is great and the deals are great. The layout is poor with some of the controls with your search result being under the time and location and battery life and cell strength and WiFi icons.

Great discounts

Remember / you must be a member to access the site.

DOES NOT WORK

The app does not work. It doesn’t have location services. When you go to privacy settings, it’s not even listed. Desperately needs an update to work with latest version of iOS.

Legit savings

I was given access to this app from my HR department and I have saved a ton on travel, especially hotels and car rentals. I don’t know how they do it, but when I compare their rates against Expedia or Kayak, access perks is always lower. Love it. (You. You can’t get this app to work if you don’t have a log in from your employer. There is no free access )

Lots of local deals and love the travel discounts.
