Bad app design. Can't log in even after uninstalling, redownloading, and reinstalling in my iPhone. Its support doesn't answer too!

Terrible interface

This app is so poorly designed. The “Forgot password” link is so close to the “sign in” button that there is no way to do a password reset. This feels like the UI was designed by people who use the space bar to center text.

Unable to Sign in

The app doesn’t let me sign in, it just doesn’t load when I sign in with my password even though I’ve reset it. I think it’s just a bug that has not been tended to.
