Can’t get logged in
Terrible interface
This app is so poorly designed. The “Forgot password” link is so close to the “sign in” button that there is no way to do a password reset. This feels like the UI was designed by people who use the space bar to center text.
Unable to Sign in
The app doesn’t let me sign in, it just doesn’t load when I sign in with my password even though I’ve reset it. I think it’s just a bug that has not been tended to.
Not working
I have not been able to log into the app since getting my new phone. Super frustrating. So much for alumni benefits.
Deals on everything’
I love the geolocation feature that shows all the deals around where you are. It makes it easy to utilize it. People just need to know that they have to have a membership to use it first.

Well I am just over a year now of using the Hero Savings Pass and I love it! It becomes almost addictive finding ways to use the app to save money. A big benefit in this economy where everything is more expensive!

Unusable
I am unable to even login to the app to access it. I have tried resetting my password and I still cannot get past the login screen. After I enter my credentials and hit sign in, nothing happens. Please fix this.

I am amazed at how many businesses are on this app. Need an oil change? Jiffy Lube is on here. Need to tan before a vacation? Celsius Tanning gives a free session with a purchase of two! Traveling? Check out the travel deals and receive cash back! Who doesn’t want to save money worldwide?

Day 1 of having this spectacular savings app, I saved $10 at Office Depot & $50 at Jiffy Lube!!! One day, 2 businesses I visited, I saved more than the $50 donation I made!!! Love it!!

This app has been LIFE CHANGING for my family. We gained annual access to this platform by donating to the Hero Program, and we have saved literally hundreds of dollars. It has deals for everything you do, and populates all over the country. I’ve never seen anything like it. Cannot recommend it enough.

Best app I've ever had by far!
The amount of money that I have saved with this app has spent staggering! I use it on local deals all the time and find that it adds up quickly… But when I travel it even gets more exciting because I can save not only on my hotels & car rentals but also I can find things to do that. I didn't even know existed and save a ton of money! I have easily saved just on travel alone over $2000 and when I use it at my restaurants that I frequent it feels great because I know that I am saving money where always go, but then I also find new deals that allow me to explore places I've never been!
