Simply does not work.

Maybe it doesn’t work with iPhones. All I know is that I spent considerable time trying. I can log in, but once the access optima module is selected, I get bounced back to the home screen. All I wanted to do is to approve payroll when out of town.

They are consistent

What a horrible app. The only reason I use it is for remote check deposits, and that functionality doesn’t work most of the time. Turns out you have to turn off wifi to make it work, and the developers know about it and are “working on it.” But they are consistent because their Frankenstein website is just as horrible and impossible to navigate.

Does what it needs to do!

Same functionality that I have online, which I appreciate! Nice for approving wires on the go too.

What nonsense

I typically don’t bother leaving comments on products on the internet, but this app is so horrendous and frustrating that I feel compelled to make an exception. This app can only be considered as a cruel joke on Citizen bank business customers. As a business owner, this app offers nothing by way of easing my day-to-day banking needs. What it does offer is a mountain of fluff and a convoluted process that sums up to much ado about absolutely nothing. If Citizens bank care anything about their small business customers they should go back to the drawing board and hopefully come up with a practical streamlined platform that actually addresses their customers’ needs.

Horrible app

Does not work. When you log in just goes blank. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling multiple times.
