Bad update?

The app will not allow access to login since the last update. I have a business account and it’s extremely aggravating to be unable to access account.

Just doesn't want to open most days

It tries to open but can't. Then you get a message to try again and nothing. Citizens has always had the worst I T. Haven't been able to use the Citizens app in over 2 years. Can no longer make deposits through the phone.

Too many steps to get things done.

Too many unnecessary fields. And cannot upload multiple pictures to a receipt.
The process to upload a picture from camera rolls is a bit too complicated and not straight forwards at all.

The app gets really slow after adding several receipts. It loads them and starts glitching when trying to add the details in the edit section. If I don't add many it's fine, only when i have several.
