Terrible
Most terrible application I’ve ever seen.
While registering my family member it suddenly stop working and prompted to update !!! Unbelievable!
All my work was wasted because this app do not save anything till you finish all entries.
When checked for updates - IT DOES NOT EXIST!!! Re install application - same story, app not even opening and require non existing update.
It hard to imagine more terrible and insulting app than this, taking into account that it will be used by people traumatized by war
Regret that negative rating does not exist , I would put negative 5 stars

Technical Bug
on Focal Point Verification page “
Take a picture of your identity document” square does not prompt camera to start.
the square below it works nicely (the one when face must be next to a passport) but without a passport photo app does not allow to progress forward.
Phone: Iphone 12 pro
IOS: 14.4.1
P.S. tried all 3 languages and re-installed app twice. Tried different iphone (my wife has the exact same issue)
Unfortunately was not been able to use app.
