Not a good app
The app is riddled with issues, it’s is also extremely limited in its capabilities. There is also no history of payments available. Support takes very long to reply, if at all. Sharing tickets with other users is a nightmare. Having a safer copy of your ticket, say in Wallet, is out of the question. My first review was deleted because I mentioned certain international political and economic union that funded the app. If you can’t make good apps, at least learn how to censor. That is for sure.

Ottimo servizio clienti
Ho comprato un biglietto per il concerto della Bad Gyal il 21/3/2026 a Barcellona con un indirizzo e-mail diverso dal mio, ma l’app non riusciva a generare un codice valido per accedere e recuperare il biglietto, sono riuscita solo grazie alla chat di assistenza dalla quale mi hanno immediatamente generato un codice manuale da inserire e ha funzionato. Velocissimi e efficienti, Gracies.❤️

the worst, my friend and I missed out on fred again in Madrid cause of terrible ux. we were both waiting on the wrong page. bare in mind we read ALL the emails beforehand on how to get the tickets, and did ALL the pre registration steps.
recommend getting to know the app before trying to get high-demand tickets, and even doing a trial run for an event you’re not actually interested in.
disappointed, to say the least.

Es imposible registrarse en la app. Sale un error, el 502. Me sale a mi y a mis amigos. Si esto ya pasa en el pre-registro, que nos va a pasar durante la venta? Bueno, los que tengan suerte de llegar porque desde luego, con este error no pasaremos ni del primer paso. Son ya más de 40’ y sigue sin solucionarse… 🙏🏻

Al introducir los datos personales para una entrada, en mi iPhone 17 con iOS 26.0.1, el scroll no está bien desarrollado y no es posible darle al botón de Guardar datos. Una app que no da alternativa al usuario a hacer lo mismo a través de la web, no puede no funcionar. Si el evento fuera ahora me quedaría fuera…

Still No Refund – Poor Customer Service and Delays
I’ve been waiting nearly a month for a refund, despite the already unusually long refund timeline promised by the app. That timeframe has now passed, and I’ve had no further updates or responses. Despite sending 4 messages, there average wait time is displayed as 2 days, it’s surpassed this and I’ve heard nothing.
Like many others, I’ve seen reviews mentioning a supposed tech issue in March — but it’s now well beyond that point, and the issue clearly persists when it comes to returning customer money. Strangely, there’s no problem taking payments instantly.
This experience has been frustrating and has damaged my trust in the service. I would not recommend purchasing through this app until they address their refund process and communication.

Abuso a la privacidad
Totalmente innecesario que para entrar a un festival tengas que escanear tu DNI y guarden tu foto y datos. Estás obligado porque no hay otra opción.

Its problem to buy beer on Primavera Sound because stuff can’t use it or scanners don’t work. Very disappointing

No hay manera de registrar para poder activar la entrada. Y soporte no responde. Fracaso total.
