Withdrawal option
Does anyone know how to withdraw funds from this app??? I was hustled by a scammer that placed some so called funds into this account instead of my personal account now I have funds starring at me in the face and I can't withdraw it!!! They keep saying I have to place money into this app which is refundable just to release the hold thats on this account but I don't trust that!!! Anyone???

Accounting wants to use glassnode to sign in.
I haven’t been able to use this app. Downloaded twice two months apart. Once I click sign in, it takes me to a browser webpage and gives me an “oops something went wrong.

Out of all I’ve tried this has been the easiest to reconcile transactions.
Accointing holding my money
I don’t even want to put one star in this as I had money moved over to this company and I was scammed of allot of money. I’m so upset over this entire process. I’m dumb and just was not smart enough. But be careful where you put your money. Or when you invest with a company and they put it with this company. I just never received it Anna had to send in more money. I can’t believe what happened to me. Just be careful!!!

Best crypto tracking app
How is Koinly so popular? It doesn’t even have an app. People are sleeping on Accointing!! Highly recommended.

Issue with picking up transfers
Love product but there is an issue if you use Coinbase vault. Transfers between primary and vault wallets can’t be labeled as internal transfers. Need to manually label each move and “funds added” or “funds removed”

Hey! Sorry about the inconvenience, but our hands are tied there. We do our best to extract as many transactions from Coinbase API as possible, but these exchanges won't provide some transactions via API or will only be available through another medium. Hopefully, they will get this sorted.

Good concept, but it doesn't work...
**Update** After two weeks of being locked up and failing to update, the app "woke up" and started functioning normally after I entered a new transaction. At this time, it is doing exactly as it should, and I love it. Here's hoping this glitch does not return. Stars added...
(Original review follows) In concept, this app is exactly what I was looking for: a way to track my whole crypto portfolio in one place. In execution though, it doesn't work. Data updates very irregularly, often going days or even weeks without charts or values updating. Not exaggerating, today is 6/21 and the most recent data point on my charts is 6/05. I've been communicating with tech support and they are very responsive and friendly, but the app still doesn't work. I wish it did.

Does not connect to wallet
I have connected several times with Coinbase with confirmation emails, but in your app, it doesn’t show connected. I don’t have time to figure out your glitch. Uninstall and delete.

I hope devs see this. You rolled out this beautiful new UI, but I can’t see my balance AND the percent change in the same view anymore. I LOST a feature that I used all the time.

Bugs and incomplete data
Gemini is “bugged” according to auto replies with no interaction with a human yet. Already bought a package to file taxes which I now cannot do. This is before finding out Accointing won’t even sync the Earn deposits too. I hope others try out services like Koinly which has manual and api importing that works!

Last year I had someone do my taxes charged me a small fortune…I found out later he was using Accointing full me once…
As always it would be nice to be able either to chat if needed by phone or on the site live.

I attempted to transfer xrp from this wallet to my Coinbase and lost everything $700 worth of xrp bought at .50 and .60
Fix your Coinbase interface
You’re importing an incorrect number of shares so it doesn’t balance to my transactions. I’ve deleted Coinbase and imported it twice and it’s still wrong despite you insisting it’s been fixed. At least let me override the Coinbase imported share total so it balances. The transactions are fine, the ending shares are not.

The latest app is getting there, especially the Algorand support. Need support for Harmony One. Will use if Harmony ONE is supported. By the way, what’s up with the comma at the top rather then at the bottom as like the decimal point? No one caught this? It stares at you in the face. It was there in the old app and still there in the new version. Come on!!!
