Low quality interface
Absolutely terrible app, bad interface, for a internet company, this is pathetic, hire some novice IT kid still and college and give Him 2 days, he would have a better site.
iPhone App won't open
Hmmm...bills never arrive B4 they're due. Gotta call in to find out what bill amount IS 🤦🏼♀️app is touted as solution yet it won't open when connected to ACS home WiFi...why tell me about this when it's not maintained & won't open on iPhone?🤷🏼♀️

Not great
The user interface could be improved, as it doesn't feel like a native app and more like a web page. The app also doesn't utilize the full screen of my device, leaving unused space at the top. Additionally, I encountered difficulties performing basic tasks, such as updating my account password.
Awful service
Do not use this service if you can avoid it, awful app, a website that is almost never working and a slow trouble ticket system.
