Low quality interface
Absolutely terrible app, bad interface, for a internet company, this is pathetic, hire some novice IT kid still and college and give Him 2 days, he would have a better site.
iPhone App won't open
Hmmm...bills never arrive B4 they're due. Gotta call in to find out what bill amount IS š¤¦š¼āāļøapp is touted as solution yet it won't open when connected to ACS home WiFi...why tell me about this when it's not maintained & won't open on iPhone?š¤·š¼āāļø

Not great
The user interface could be improved, as it doesn't feel like a native app and more like a web page. The app also doesn't utilize the full screen of my device, leaving unused space at the top. Additionally, I encountered difficulties performing basic tasks, such as updating my account password.
Awful service
Do not use this service if you can avoid it, awful app, a website that is almost never working and a slow trouble ticket system.

Wonāt load but ACS makes you use it?!?!? Worst customer service ever!!!!
Terrible app
The app is horrible needs to be updated my username and password that work on the website donāt work on here. Makes no sense Iām trying to pay my bill but canāt get into the app it is outside of business hours so this is my only option and it is not letting me pay my bill.
This app is crap
I have to change my password to login, every time, every time? Yes every frickin time which is why ACS never gets paid on time, because they donāt care about their customers so I donāt really care to pay on time.

Please fix your app. I pay online. When I pay by phone I get disconnected a lot.
FIX THE APP ACS, please?
This app has always been poorly maintained, at first i couldnāt log in with the password i set up with someone over the phone at acs. Got that fixed months later, but now the app doesnāt even load. Please acs get this app up and working. We couldnāt call to pay a bill for the longest time, and you couldnāt pay in person at most acs locations. We had to use this app, or go to the bank and pay our acs bill. People just want to pay with ease, why was that so hard to do for so long, and now i cant use this app because it doesnāt load?

Almost never works.
This app is terrible. 80%+ of the times I try to use it to pay my bill it wonāt go past a blank screen no matter how long I leave it on that page thinking maybe it load eventually. Going to delete the app. Their website isnāt much better either.

Our villages communication problem is intermittent but far from unending! HOOKUS UP! Puleeeeeze!

Every time they undergo maintenance you canāt even login or anything even if you need a quick change.

I cannot pay my bill, I canāt even fill the billing address so I canāt get charged, adding to that, on both web browsers I used, the website claimed the credit card was already on record, but not showing it, I even talked to a representative who confirmed it was not showing up in their records.
This app and the website are literally designed to not let customers pay and not provide a service.
I aināt no business man, but I know businesses usually want to get my money, I say usually because I can currently confirm Alaska Communications does not want my money.

Update Fail!
I updated my app and when I try to open my application I have a blank screen! It wonāt connect to anything.
Worthless
Nothing works in this app! Easier to just go online IF theyāre website is working. These people never answer their phones. Been waiting over 6 MONTHS for a WiFi trouble ticket response.

Login Issues
This app has always been garbage. Sometimes you can log in, sometimes you canāt. Either way, it always tells you that your email/password are wrong at LEAST half a dozen times. The bill pay function is sporadic at best as well, but that goes for their website too. You would think that a company that rips Alaskans off as much ACS does could afford to pay for a functioning piece of software...
