One star for very nice customer service agent for cancelling my transfer and getting my money back in my account within 2-3 days. Will never use you again, mainly for your lying, stating that my money was in my wife’s bank when it wasn’t.

Ace customer service is useless never chat never answer call yesterday i waited 3hrs phoned them and live chat but didn’t answer call and accept chat after 3hrs.

They are scam hold money for no reason and cancelled the transaction after few days and unprofessional agents.

I recently downloaded your app with high expectations, but my first experience was highly disappointing and frustrating. Sending a small amount of money took me over 15 minutes due to an unnecessarily complicated process.
I would like to highlight a few major issues that need your immediate attention if you want to keep users like me:
Excessive and Repeating Questions: The app asks for too many details (selecting complex relationship options like father-in-law, mother-in-law, purpose, delivery methods, etc.) repeatedly. It makes the process exhausting.
No Option to Enter BDT Directly: In the payment section, I have to type the amount in a way that doesn't easily let me put the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) amount first to automatically see the Euro equivalent. This is a basic feature in other apps.
Severe Buffering and Delays: The app is very slow and keeps buffering. Other remittance apps transfer money from France to Bangladesh within 10 to 15 seconds. With your app, it took forever.
If you want to compete in the market, you should look at competitors like TapTap Send. You need to learn from them how to make the user interface simple, fast, and user-friendly.
Please simplify your process, make the transaction instant, and offer fee-free transfers to stay competitive. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to stop using your app and switch back to my previous ones.

Very slow service
If you urgently need to send money, give yourself a favour by not using this app. This won’t process your transaction and staff will email you saying you cannot cancel your transaction as they already processed BUT DID NOT ACTUALLY DO ANYTHING. I received my refund after one week.

Asking so much for verfication
Asked for a pay stub, proof of income and bank statement. I provided all the required documents still didn’t verify my account and hold my money for 2 days. Customer support isn’t helpful at all, asking for the same document again and again without clarifying properly. Didn’t had any trouble before but suddenly frustrated the customer for asking so many documents. Provided document and still cant verify
