My experience with PayAngel

My experience with PayAngel, is simply the best, apart from they sending my money on time, their customer service need to be awarded…

Best so far

I don’t know why people keep saying they’re scammers, I have been using PayAngel since 2024 and never for once have I had any issues.. I send so much money home almost every day. They only asked me for my bank statements sometime ago and I provided it..which is no news because all other remittance companies does same.. if you want to use them please feel free.

Took My Money Without Refund

I sent money back home to my family, and 3 of the transactions went through successfully, but the 4th transaction was declined. After that, I was asked to provide more information, including my bank statement, paystub, and other documents. Three days later, they closed my account. When I contacted them, they said the account had to be closed and that my money would be reversed back to my bank account within 3–7 days. Now it’s been over 7 days, and nothing has been received in my bank account. Whenever I call them, they tell me to contact my bank, while my bank keeps saying there’s no incoming transaction. I later contacted PayAngel again, and they requested my bank statement, promising to get back to me. It’s now been over 48 hours with no response. I called them again today, only to be told that “the transaction was voided and they can’t resubmit it again.”
Everyone should be careful with them. They’ll take your money, ask for a lot of documentation, and still fail to either refund you or deliver the money to the recipient.
