Very Disappointed
Extremely disappointed with the service I received. My bank closed my account after the name of the person I was sending money to matched someone on a watch list. I understand that situations like this can require additional checks, but what has been most frustrating is the lack of communication and support from this company.
I have tried reaching out multiple times and have not received a proper response or meaningful assistance. The customer service has been extremely poor, and I have never experienced service this bad from a company handling something as important as financial transactions.

Please don’t create an account with them, don’t upload your important identifications, don’t try to send money through this app. I am warning you, they are not real, they are scammers and not professional.

Dahabshiil with no shield.
I would never recommend anyone to Dahabshiil, I have sent money to different individuals some takes days before there’s a response. They claim it’s fast payment but I am telling you it’s not. There phone don’t even work, to get response on the message app takes forever to get a reply and it says on the app typically response in few minutes. I had multiple bad experience. When it matters the most they not there.
