Customers deserve better!
This is, without question, the most underfunded and poorly managed bank I have ever encountered. Every single time a customer attempts to withdraw their own money, the bank's response is the same: "We don't have enough cash available."
Instead, customers are encouraged—if not outright pressured—to receive their funds electronically through eDahab, a service owned by an entirely different company. Those who do not have an eDahab account are simply told to return another day, as though access to their own money is a privilege rather than a basic banking right.
This raises a fundamental question: if a bank cannot consistently provide cash withdrawals to its customers, what exactly is its purpose? Banks exist to safeguard and facilitate access to people's money, not to redirect customers to third-party services because they are unable to meet their most basic obligations.
At times, one is left wondering whether this institution is operating as a bank at all, or merely serving as an extension of Dahabshiil.
A bank that cannot reliably provide cash withdrawals needs to address its shortcomings urgently. Your customers deserve better!

Not Working 📌
It support my iPhone ios but still the app is not working…. Why is that???!!!
Updates should not be mandatory
At least there is a times where you would need an immediate access to the app and updating the app is just a waste of time and give users a way to cancel the updates specially when last I checked the app was update.
It shouldn't force updates
Forcing mandatory updates that block access is a bad user experience. There are situations where people need immediate access and cannot update right away. Please make updates optional or allow a grace period rather than locking the app completely.
