Customers deserve better!
This is, without question, the most underfunded and poorly managed bank I have ever encountered. Every single time a customer attempts to withdraw their own money, the bank's response is the same: "We don't have enough cash available."
Instead, customers are encouraged—if not outright pressured—to receive their funds electronically through eDahab, a service owned by an entirely different company. Those who do not have an eDahab account are simply told to return another day, as though access to their own money is a privilege rather than a basic banking right.
This raises a fundamental question: if a bank cannot consistently provide cash withdrawals to its customers, what exactly is its purpose? Banks exist to safeguard and facilitate access to people's money, not to redirect customers to third-party services because they are unable to meet their most basic obligations.
At times, one is left wondering whether this institution is operating as a bank at all, or merely serving as an extension of Dahabshiil.
A bank that cannot reliably provide cash withdrawals needs to address its shortcomings urgently. Your customers deserve better!

It support my iPhone ios but still the app is not working…. Why is that???!!!
Updates should not be mandatory
At least there is a times where you would need an immediate access to the app and updating the app is just a waste of time and give users a way to cancel the updates specially when last I checked the app was update.
It shouldn't force updates
Forcing mandatory updates that block access is a bad user experience. There are situations where people need immediate access and cannot update right away. Please make updates optional or allow a grace period rather than locking the app completely.

The app for awhile can’t share the bank statement with the registered email. Please fix that.
What a joke
This app is the worst money transfer app I have ever used. It’s filled with errors and you will be lucky if half of your transactions go through. Server constantly fails. Also, the design/UI of the app looks like it was made by high school students. Premier should think about investing more into their services instead of their marketing.

The wallet is in dire need of troubleshooting.
Whenever you need to withdraw cash in anywhere, there are issues. Sometimes branches can’t even withdraw your cash.

It’s really frustrating but you can’t get pass a photo ID even though it i approves your likeness, but you need to proof your likeness all over again there’s no way getting through the app without this which makes this useless.

Forced to install app to get out my money.
Money sent through world remit, Premier bank called me to pick it up. Branch insisted that I had to install the app to get the money through the teller, was told I could delete it after i got the money. Enquired about who I should contact to have my account details and picture removed from their database and was ridiculed and told it was not possible by the manager.
Advice anyone to pick other option instead of Premier bank if you value your privacy and data!

Simple and easy to use app and an amazing customer service team. Hands down the best bank and banking app in Somalia. Even better then a lot of European banking apps.
I will definitely recommend Premier bank to anyone that wants simple and efficient way to have control of their money, through an easy to use app.

This app is garbage. I am in Hargeisa. I don’t live in Mogdishu Somalia or Kenya where the app is managed. You have failed at designing a good app and trying to be modern. Telesom, dahabshiil or regular cash is better than you.
