Extremely poor customer support.

Very disappointed with WAAFI Support. I waited for hours just to get help, but no one responded. Customer support should be much faster, especially when customers need urgent assistance. I hope WAAFI improves its response time and provides better support in the future.

Connecting to the other person is very difficult

Before it used to be good now can’t reach out other line huge problem

Bluetooth failure/Can't hear other person

Please fix issues related to bluetooth connection and hearing issues even on phone speaker. I purchased $5 to make calls, calls goes through but you can't hear anything even through you can see other person answered. Sometimes are ok other times are frustrating so help us fix that. Thanks, Ali from U.S
