Bluetooth failure/Can't hear other person

Please fix issues related to bluetooth connection and hearing issues even on phone speaker. I purchased $5 to make calls, calls goes through but you can't hear anything even through you can see other person answered. Sometimes are ok other times are frustrating so help us fix that.
