完全不能使用
这个机器我在12月的时候就买了，然后打了一两次，刚开始第一次时候打到一半他就不吐球，后面他自己好了，在我这样子去打他的时候，他又不打不出球，完全用不了，很重，我花10000块买了个完全不能用的东西，理论上的AI对打眼是很拉胯，那你做好一个发球机能吐球练练发球也可以，结果和发球都不行！

Installing firmware problem
I couldn’t install the firmware with my iphone 16, but I finally solve this problem with using Android OS so easily.
If anything one having this same problem, try using Android app to install the firmware.
Acemate team, you need to publish more kind or detailed instructions for the first generation users. I spent my whole day to find out this dumb error.

Go outside to update firmware
Could not update firmware at home when my home wifi was fighting with connecting to acemate machine WiFi. Went to the court where I had no other WiFi connections and was able to update firmware on the second try. Was super cold today but was able to test the machine. I think I’m really going to enjoy it - I tested rally and ball machine modes and it did really well out of the box.

No customer support
Can’t get my new acemate working and no one responds to chat or email support.
WiFi module not working
Brand new unit. Does not connect to WiFi and therefore cannot update firmware. So unit is completely unusable. Support has been dismal. Not sure how long and whether this will be sorted out.
