Customer service is great

I’ve had an Acetech Bluetooth tracer/chronograph since 2021. The app has always worked well, and the tracer unit always connected when turned on.
Middle of July 2026, I turned the tracer on after a year in storage and tried to connect to my phone. I kept receiving a failure to connect message. I couldn’t update the tracer firmware either because I couldn’t get the app to connect at all.
I emailed customer service and sent screenshots of the error messages. They told me their tech people knew what the problem was and an app update would be sent out in about a week. True to their word, an app update came out, and my connection problems have been solved!

The app is not working!

I just bought a predator mk3 with bifrost M and its awesome everything is working great with it but then I downloaded this app to use its Bluetooth option and when I opened the app it’s just a white screen with connect your device there’s no buttons to press or anything I deleted it and redownload it and it’s still the same would love to use the app but looks like that’s not an option for me sadly.
